When I first received the hair I was skeptical about the quality because it was super soft , kind of thin 130% density and not all the knots were bleached BUt! When I finally wore the unit and styled it I fell in love! The hair is in fact on the thinner side (130 density) but the more you style wear it the better it looks. The downside to this hair is it sheds like crazy.
I have hair all over my office, house, etc. so it might do well to take some time and seal the wefts and frontal maybe? Also there were a lot of grey hairs in my wig that I plucked off the weft. Other than that this hair is amazing , I received numerous compliments about it to the point that my coworker wants me to “do” her hair lol. I will be ordering this unit again but at a higher density because I like my units extra full so when the wind blows the hair isn’t all over my face.
If you are using the Got2be yellow gel than I suggest you put on a thin layer , let it get tacky, add a little water to the first layer and then put on the second thin layer of Got2be gel behind your hair line so that the gel can spread to the edge when you lay the lace, make sure the last layer of gel is semi tacky when you lay the lace, tie it up for about 45 minutes and your wig will be so secure.
Also in order to get the knots the color of my skin tone I alternated between spraying a layer of aerosol hair spray like herbal essences or the got2be freeze spray and put my foundation powder on the layer of hairspray and repeat until you get the desired color or coverage. Be mindful of the hair on the other side of the lace because it might be stiff from the hairspray of you aren’t careful. Sorry if it’s long but I added the tips because I had a difficult time getting the right consistency to secure my wig without having white residue from the gel.
